We offer a wide range of services and facilities at the clinic.

Some of these include;

Acupuncture -
Traditionally a Chinese method used as a complimentary therapy, usually along side some form of conventional medication.  This is most commonly used for relieving pain and can be used in most species of animals.

Clinincs Within The Practice -
These include the 'Weigh-In' Club for the slightly over weight animals, the 'Golden Oldies' for the older pet and Dental clinics for post-dental check ups, where preventative treatment can be discussed.

House Visits -
If you are unable to come to the surgery, one of our vets will, if required, make house visits.  This service is also available for euthanasia.

Identichipping -
We offer an Identichipping service for all types of animals, which is a quick and simple way of permanently identifying your beloved pet.  Should they happen to stray, all vets, animal shelters, etc have scanners to help identify your animal and aid in the return to you as quickly as possible.(An Identichip is a microchip with a unique number that is assigned to your pet.  This is done by injecting it under the skin in the scruff of the neck.)

Laser Therapy -
Laser therapy is the use of red and near infra red light, to promote the natural rapid healing of both soft tissue injuries and wounds, as well as relieving pain.

Pet Passports -
We are able to issue Pet Passports so you and your cat, dog or ferret can travel in and out of the country.  To obtain a passport there are strict rules and regulations which must be followed.
To find out which countries are included in the scheme, it is advisable to contact the PETs Helpline - 0870 241 1710 (open 8.30am to 5.30pm) weekdays
OR by email - pets.helpline@defra.gsi.gov.uk
The overall process takes about 8 months, so you need to get in touch with the surgery for advice and details on the scheme.

24 Hour Emergency Service -
Small animal emergencies are covered by a dedicated veterinary emergency clinic called Chelvets, who are based at Cheltenham Racecourse.
Large animal emergencies are covered by our own vets.
In an emergency please telephone the surgery where you will be given a telephone number or automatically diverted to Chelvets.
